Abstrak

Cancer is a genetic disease caused by the changes of genes related to cell growth and differentiation, lead to the uncontrolled growth and spread of abnormal cells. Fatigue is the most common symptom experienced by cancer patients and survivors. Fatigue may emerge as the long-term side effect of their cancer treatment or symptoms from their malignancies. This article aims to identify various types of physical exercise for the management of cancer related fatigue (CRF) in cancer patients and survivors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by taking material based on literature review. The results showed that several types of physical exercise such as yoga, Walking Exercise Program, aerobic exercise, and relaxation breathing exercises were effective in reducing cancer related fatigue (CRF).
