Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi Kasus Tenosynovitis Bicipitalis Dengan Ultrasound, Eccentric Dan Isometric Exercise Di Rumah Sakit Hermina Bekasi

Latar belakang: Tenosynovitis merupakan peradangan yang terjadi pada selubung tendon dimana tempat penghubung antara otot dengan tulang. Tenosynovitis Bicipitalis ditandai dengan nyeri pada depan bahu dan lengan atas yang disebabkan oleh peradangan pada selubung tendon biseps atau regangan tendon bisep. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatahui Ultrasound, Eccentric Exercise, dan Isometric exercise untuk mengurangi nyeri, meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional pada kasus Tenosynovitis Bicipitalis. Metode: Study kasus pada Tenosynovitis Bicipitalis yang diukur dengan pemberikan intervensi fisioterapi sebanyak 5 kali sesi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan mengukur tingkat nyeri dengan NRS, nilai kekuatan otot dengan MMT, dan fungsional menggunakan DASH. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan terapi selama 5 kali sesi fisioterapi didapat hasil adanya penurunan nyeri diam, nyeri tekan dan nyeri gerak, terdapat peningkatan kekuatan otot serta peningkatan kemampuan fungsional. Kesimpulan: Terapi Ultrasound, Eccentric Exercise, dan Isometric exercise dapat mengurangi nyeri, meningkatkan kekuatan otot, dan meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional pada kondisi Tenosynovitis Bicipitalis.
