Sustainability E-Commerce Di Indonesia: Kebijakan Dan Strategi Untuk Mengurangi Dampak Lingkungan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dari aktivitas e-commerce di Indonesia. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan saat ini perlu diperhatikan dalam industri e-commerce di Indonesia mengingat dampak yang ditimbulkan dari transaksi yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah scoping review dengan menggunakan data dari dari artikel, laporan, dan data-data yang relevan dengan aspek keberlanjutan pada sektor e-commerce. Kemudian Kami melakukan analisis deskriptif untuk mengeksplorasi atas informasi-informasi yang telah didapatkan dari artikel, laporan, dan data-data tersebut. Selanjutnya Kami juga melakukan analisis argumentatif dilakukan untuk memberikan argumen terkait penerapan kebijakan yang sesuai dengan kondisi dampak lingkungan yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas e-commerce di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce berdampak negatif terutama pada aspek lingkungan yaitu limbah kemasan, emisi GRK dari aktivitas pengiriman, dan emisi GRK dari data server e-commerce. Kami memberikan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah sebagai regulator untuk membuat peraturan yang mengikat bagi para pelaku e-commerce dengan mempertimbangkan aspek keberlanjutan.
