Efektivitas penilaian kinerja dan penggajian berbasis kinerja dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan

Sistem penggajian berbasis kinerja dan penilaian kinerja memegang peran penting dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Meskipun keduanya menghadapi masalah seperti ketidakjelasan indikator dan subjektivitas, tetapi implementasi kedua sistem tersebut mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas pegawai. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem penilaian kinerja dan penggajian berbasis hasil yang berkontribusi mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi literature review dari literatur internasional maupun nasional yang didapat melalui database Google Scholar dan Pubmed. Pencarian artikel difokuskan pada artikel yang terbit sejak 2019 hingga 2024. Hasil menunjukkan kualitas layanan kesehatan dapat meningkat dengan menerapkan sistem penilaian kinerja dan penggajian berbasis hasil. Meskipun dalam beberapa indikator terdapat peningkatan, kurangnya sumber daya dan komunikasi masih menjadi penghambat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penilaian kinerja dan penggajian berbasis hasil memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan kepuasan kerja. peneliti Diharapkan kedepannya dapat memperdalam permasalahan kedua sistem, serta melakukan evaluasi dan monitoring rutin untuk keberlanjutan sistem.
