Pengaruh Waktu Sonikasi Terhadap Ukuran Partikel, Indeks Polidipersitas Dan Zeta Potensial Pada Fitosom Ekstrak Teh Hijau

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh waktu sonikasi terhadap ukuran partikel, indek polidispersitas dari sediaan fitosom ekstrah teh hijau dengan menggunakan metode Particle Size Analyze (PSA). Ukuran partikel, indeks polidispersitas (PDI) dan potensi Zeta (ZV) merupakan parameter penting dalam perumusan fitosom. Ukuran partikel yang kecil akan membantu zat aktif melewati penghalang pengganggu untuk mencapai target dengan segera. serta PDI yang merupakan parameter penting untuk melihat apakah bentuk fitosom yang dibuat merupakan fitosom yang seragam atau tidak. zeta berpotensi memberikan parameter bahwa formula fitosom stabil atau mudah diagregasi. Ekstrak teh hijau diformulasi menjadi sediaan fitosom dengan perbandingan 1:2 terhadap posfolipid menggunakan metode lapis tipis. Selanjutnya dilakukan sonikasi menggunakan alat ultrasonik dengan waktu 0, 10, 15, 20, 25, dan 30 menit untuk melihat waktu terbaik dalam melakukan sonikasi pada sediaan tersebut. Hasil didapatkan pada menit ke-20 ukuran partikel 129,13 ± 1,58 nm, indeks polidipersitas 0,63 ± 0,20 mV, dan zeta potensial -75,00 ± 8,39.
