Efektivitas Intervensi Hidroterapi Terhadap Gangguan Muskuloskeletal: Systematic Review

Latar belakang: Hidroterapi merupakan pelatihan dalam air dengan pendekatan terapeutik untuk meningkatkan keseimbangan dan mengurangi rasa nyeri pada gangguan muskuloskeletal. Tujuan: mengetahui secara sistematis pengaruh latihan hidroterapi terhadap gangguan muskuloskeletal. Review: pencarian artikel dari beberapa database jurnal untuk tinjauan sistematis ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2023. Menggunakan metode PRISMA dan Boolean Search dalam menyeleksi artikel yang memenuhi syarat sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil: Ditemukan bahwa terdapat 15 artikel terpilih dalam studi ini, yang terdiri dari 5 artikel low back pain, 2 artikel cedera bahu, 1 artikel osteochondrosis, 2 artikel ankylosing spondylitis, 1 artikel muskuloskeletal, 2 artikel fibromyalgia, 1 artikel tentang osteoarthritis, dan 1 artikel luka bakar dengan intervensi hidroterapi. Kesimpulan: hidroterapi merupakan intervensi yang cukup efektif dan tidak memberikan efek samping pada pasien dengan gangguan muskuloskeletal. Gerakan yang dapat dilakukan dengan intervensi hidroterapi mengadopsi dari beberapa metode latihan, seperti metode latihan McKenzie dan Williams sama halnya dengan land-based therapy.
