Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis indeks kesalehan sosial sebagai panduan etika dalam konteks Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Metode menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan ASN sebagai responden di sejumlah instansi pemerintah. Variabel yang terlibat mencakup nilai-nilai personal, motivasi, keyakinan agama atau kepercayaan, lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, tekanan sosial, serta faktor-faktor demografis. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif untuk memahami tingkat kesalehan sosial di kalangan ASN, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi praktik kesalehan sosial, dan dampaknya pada efektivitas layanan publik serta kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap birokrasi. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan pandangan yang lebih dalam tentang peran kesalehan sosial dalam administrasi publik dan dapat mendukung perumusan kebijakan yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan integritas dan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik di masa depan
