Rancangan Implementasi Manajemen Risiko Operasional Pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pariwisata Di Jakarta 2023-2024

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi risiko operasional, serta mengusulkan perlakuan risiko dan rencana pemantauan dan peninjauan risiko operasional yang teridentifikasi di SMK Jelajah Mandala Jakarta. Merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian terapan mengacu pada ISO 31000:2018 dengan menggunakan alat analisis SWOT, FMECA, Diagram Pareto, Peta Risiko, dan Matriks perlakuan risiko. SMK Jelajah Mandala merupakan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pariwisata di Jakarta bernaung dibawah yayasan Tonggak Pendidikan dan Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan 51 risiko operasional yang diidentifikasi dengan 18 risiko prioritas yang dianalisis untuk perlakuan risiko. Dari 18 risiko prioritas yang diidentifikasi, 10 risiko adalah risiko berdampak tinggi dengan probabilitas tinggi sehingga perlu dicegah dan dimitigasi, 3 risiko adalah risiko berdampak rendah dengan probabilitas tinggi sehingga perlu dicegah, dan 5 risiko adalah risiko berdampak tinggi dengan probabilitas rendah sehingga perlu dimitigasi. Melihat urgensi masalah yang ada dan potensi risiko yang teridentifikasi maka rancangan manajemen risiko operasional perlu segera diimplementasikan dan perlu dilakukan kajian lebih lanjut tentang rancangan strategi bisnis dan sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif.
